The Pulse Vol. 2 Issue 3

The fall 2006 issue of The Pulse is attached to the below link. In this issue you can read about the first-ever Student Community Fair, how to get your flu shot, how to fight global warming (which includes having YOU vote!), a music review to fire your binary synapses, the upcoming student union, as well as other stories that are just too polemical to type here (well, not really, but I'm trying to get you interested).

As Yoda would say, "Enjoy, You Will".

Why do people feel the need to stroke themselves all over a few paragraphs of the newsletter with his insipid blah over nothing at all that has to do with being a student at OHSU? I like pear cider. Can I have my own page to talk about pear cider every month? There have been a lot of revolutions in the pear cider industry over the past few years that many students may not be aware of and I elect myself as your self proclaimed expert. Go to www.pearcider.com/bloogelveltintort to hear all about the hefty 7.6% alcohol (composition by HPLC confirmed 97% EtOH, 1%MeOH, 1%tBuOH, 1% other) Bloogelveltintort harvested from the Tualitin River by King Joggylingling, a massive feat that took 12.7 years to complete. I know that my life as a sudent would not be complete without it. Oh yes! Oh yes! Yes! Look at me! LOOK AT ME! I EXIST! I EXIST! HEY OVER HERE! I DO STUFF AND I EXIST! NEEEEEEEEEE! NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! WOO HOO! WOO HOO! OVER HERE! IT'S ME, EXISTING!

And yet, you exist as "annoymous" while taking up nearly a page of blah about "blah". I can't tell whether that is apt or ironical.
